The Department is also involved in one educational project for 3rd Cycle attainment.
This studies cycle considers the following directing principles:
To complement formation of Masters and “Licenciados” of the Sciences and Engineering areas, conferring advanced formation in Mechanical Engineeringemergent areas, pointedly, in materials/products, technologies and processes innovation and development for new applications
To develop abilities of research methodology and experimentation that allow the autonomous development (individually or integrated in a research team),of activities of research and development (R&D) covering R&D process’ various aspects: state of the art review, projects planning, research methods and procedures selection and application, R&D results reports writing, etc.
